I've used the Tokina ATX-Pro 828 with a PZ-1P and *ist-D for several 
years now. I'm using it with the K-10D, *ist-D and PZ-1P now.

The 1.5 crop factor doesn't affect the focusing distance of the lens. 
The portrait fills more of the frame at the same distance, so you may 
have to back off just a bit if you're already filling the frame on the PZ-1.
