I've been using pair.com for the NutDriver.org domain for several years and have been very happy with it. Of course, that domain is really simple. Just pages and pictures. No fancy database or ecommerce stuff. I've got the second-to-lowest level account with them; you've gotta get a higher level and more expensive account to do the fancy stuff.
