Hi all,

 I couldn't resist. I bought a nice, brassed Pentax 67 body and 45mm f/4 lens
today. I was also lucky enough to find a genuine Pentax metal hood for the
45mm. Price for the whole lot was NZ$2000 (900 body, 1100 lens).

I had to pick the brassed body because:
a) it came with a waist-level finder
b) it has a very bright grid screen with microprism focussing aid
c) I recently got burned buying a camera which hadn't been used in years.
Cosmetically great but bad shutter timing and meter. I figure a beat-up body
will be a well-used reliable one :)
d) it was the only one of the three in the shop that I could afford :) (I'm broke
again).

I've run half a roll through it so far and it seems to feel pretty good. No major
problems.

I was planning to wait until I'd sold the RB67 kit but since the 45mm doesn't
come up very often I decided to take the plunge now...

Cheers,

- Dave
