He should be a prime suspect. Bin Laden's organization announced not too
long ago that there would be attacks on American interests, and the
State Department has had an advisory out for a few weeks warning
American travelers to be alert wherever they went. And he does have a
very well-financed organization operating around the world, plus
training facilities. This attack was well planned and must have required
a good deal of financing, as well as disciplined and trained operatives.
We shall see.
