Here's what I've heard & seen so far:
Both towers have collapsed.
I've heard that there was a car bomb at the
State Department.
One plane was an American Airlines 757 from Boston
that was hijacked and crashed in to WTC 1 around
9am. A few minutes later, a second plane crashed
into WTC 2.
A few minutes after that, a plane crashed into the
Pentagon. The White House was evacuated, and there
was fire on the Mall in Washington DC.
NYC City Hall has been evacuated and the mayor has
moved to emergency headquarters uptown.
Subways are completely shut down and bridges and tunnels
are shut. There is no air traffic anywhere in the US.
