Zoom lenses

After drooling over that 70-200 Sigma 2.8, I checked B&H for prices. Wow! May 
have to rethink that. How would you rate the Pentax 80-320/4.5-5.6 FA? 
There's probably no comparison, but is it just a *little* good?
