I don't use Netscape, but this week a client asked me to add another mail account to
his configuration. He was using Netscape but IE was installed.
There is a program to manage profiles with different accounts (Start-Programs-Netscape
Navigator-xxxxxxx (I dont remember the exact name)).
I used it to add the new mail account, and when Netscape started, it asked if I want
to make Netscape the default browser. Maybe this helps.
