Sorry to be a touch holier than thou, but actually
that is "sashimi" they have been enjoying for
thousands of years. Sushi is the stuff rolled in rice
and seaweed. Sashimi is the raw fish. It is a very
common mistake. But I think we should stop now, I am
getting major sushi (and sashimi) cravings and you
can't buy it easily here in little old Gisborne. I can
make it (sort of) but can't really be bothered just
now.
