Hi,
I use a Pentax ME F which is the autofocus version of the ME Super. Great
camera and plenty of lenses available in manual focus. There is only one
autofocus lens available for this camera. Unfortunatly I have never found
the original lens. Maybe somebody out there knows of one being available.
The Camera in Manual focus is great and your son would enjoy using it for
years to come.

There are quite a few K1000's, a Ricoh KR-5, KR-5 Super, XR7(body) and
Sears(Ricoh)KS Super, and a Kalimar SLR K-90.
