All of a sudden one of my Spotmatic Fs won't meter at open ap. It's
behaving like a Spotmatic even when I have an SMC Tak lens screwed on. I
haven't been using it that much lately, but I did take it with me on an
outdoor portrait shoot last week, with the SMC Tak 85/1.8 installed. I
ended up overexposing a roll by two stops because the meter was reading
a couple of stops under at open ap. When I push the meter button up (as
on a Spotmatic), it reads correctly. Could this be the result of a dying
battery? I haven't checked it yet, but I'm hoping that the solution is simple.
