I was made aware of this on Monday when I stopped at the photo store
to send my MZ-S in for repair. They called Pentax and I hope to have mine
back soon. I was going to send a message about it when I saw your post.
Writing about cameras with bugs - this is now three for four. My
LX, ZX-5, and now MZ-S have had to be sent in under warranty. The only one
of my new cameras that avoided this is my first Pentax, the Super Program.
Both the LX and ZX-5 had shutter work that had to be replaced. I don't have
time to look for the paperwork to see the exact repair stated.
