Where an earth are you living? I though you were american and had some experience with consumer society. The garbage dumbs around here are full of stuff with plenty of usable life left. People are buying several hundreds of thosand of Canon and Nikon DSLR's every month and most buy new lenses with them. "No one" is mounting a 30 year old lens on their Canon. I am not even a Canon DSLR follower but I know for a fact that there a lot of Canon guys using GUESS WHAT- the 30-35 year old Pentax and other brand screw lenses (M42) I just described above on CANON DSLRS with adapters. So your "NO ONE" declaration doesnt have an ounce of truth to it and its so over the top wrong that no one is going to find you very credible if you keep that up. jco
