I use a Quantum Turbo Z...it usually recycles within 2 seconds and is
rechargeable.
The Pentax TR Power Pack II uses C batteries, and from what I understand
recycles in about 4 or 5 seconds. Maybe someone can confirm this.
The Quantum costs about $300. The Pentax runs about $120.
