I don't know how it is now but it used to take up to 3 days and it was PAYPALS fault. ( this was 2 years ago) Back then if you needed funds you had to request them and then they deducted them immediately but didn't transfer right away- total scam. I don't need cash so I just spend the money with debit card instead of my banking account money to get it out. Works for me. JCO
