Why is that a presumption? Is it simply because that's how everybody does
it these days of dry darkrooms?
Except for personal work and custom labs, is the wet darkroom fini?
Pretty much now. There aren't a whole lot of custom wet labs running these
days, and I expect fewer are running all the time.
The custom lab has always been the pro photographers service industry, and
as they go digital, there isn't enough market to keep them alive anymore.
