I feel the need to have a medium where I can see my photos with more
resolution than my computer screen.

I just remembered that some months ago I bought a cheap clogged Epson
3000 printer on Ebay (18" wide) *

Unclogging it and getting it running will be a lot of work and paper
in large formats is expensive and hard to find so and I'm not sure
if I should waste my time doing it or just resell it as it is.

Any suggestions of good photographic uses for the 3000?
Color or BW?
Original or 3rd party inks?
Any source for good quality not too expensive paper?
What paper sizes are good for printing 6MP?
(Do you know the Genuine Fractals plugin?)

My girlfriend has an impressive Epson 10000 at her office, a damper
in the printer head broke down and Epson wanted to sell the complete
head assembly with 2x3 heads 6 dampers and for over 700 Euros saying
it could not be taken apart so I started doing its maintenance for her.
This printer is working with textile sublimation transfer inks for so
I can't use it and I felt the need to buy a 3000
