Shel, I tried the fill_flash action in photoshop 7.0 using a difficult
image and it didn't exactly work.
I received the error. Command Set is not available. I haven't a clue
as to why not. (I'm still learning 7).
Any hints?

Fill flash is obviously the best option for a shot like this, but you can
also do a lot with the Shadow/Highlight tool in PSCS. Crank up about ten
percent shadow compensation then turn up the midtone contrast. It will give
you a substantial imrpovement.
