I, too, used to be annoyed with the meager card included with cameras. However, now I think I'd rather not have the manufacturer try to guess the correct combination of capacity/capabilities/brand of memory card that would best suit _me_. They'd get it wrong every time. To me, that little card they include is, like the salesman said, just a sample.
