I'd *love* it if I found my work being used commercially without credit.
Companies like to stay in business.  Cast-iron copyright infringement
cases don't look good on the books, so they are likely to settle fast,
and at full commercial rate (still far cheaper than court costs).

As far as use by individuals goes (eBay advertisements, etc.), there's
not a lot you can do about it.  Offending web sites can be requested to
either remove the image or give appropriate credit.  Failure to do so
is generally sufficient grounds for upholding a complaint to their ISP.
