For myself, I own 3 1gig CF cards and a bunch of smaller ones.
If this is the way of Pentax's future, and a new higher spec than istD camera comes along, and I find it desirable enough to purchase, and it uses SD rather than CF, I will have to add the cost of a bunch of SD cards to the price of the camera.
I wouldn't be all that happy about that, since they aren't all that cheap where I live.
If they stay with CF cards, I don't.
