Funny, people lose their driving privileges, buy cars and drive all the time. It's
harder than it used to be, but still happens...

Using the car/accident analogy, wouldn't it also make more sense to ban the people that drive the cars that get into accidents?


I've always thought so. Our insurance provider thinks so too. If you cause an accident, you get to pay a huge surcharge the next time you go to renew your drivers licence.
