How sad to see a wonderful machine like that in such a state.  I remember 
being at Farnborough Air Show in the early'60's when one of them took off - 
talk about 'Rolling Thunder', it made your guts vibrate!  While the Victor 
was more elegant, the Vulcan was the stayer - I think it was in service for 
two to three decades.
