I've never owned an LX, :-( so I can't be certain just how
the OTF metering works.
If it indeed waits for stop down and reads the light
level from the film or shutter curtain then yes, it
should be a fair test with either lens.
Perhaps one of the other PDMLers will be more helpful
here. I was led to understand that OTF only works at certain
shutter speeds, but perhaps that was just for TTL flash.
