We have similar hot dog vendors here in Toronto, and all but a few of
them shut down shop around November or December, and don't come around
until about April or May.  The ones that stick it out cover their
wagons with big tents, but even then, with the propane BBQs heating
things up, I'm sure they get pretty cold when the temp's down around
-20C and the wind whips up.

Your guys, even in your winters, must be dedicated to stay open year 'round.
