I think it's quite a good zoom. It's a zoom, of course, and not a prime, but it's a very good zoom. If you want one on eBay, then keep looking - they show up there fairly often, and you might snag one sooner or later. > Tokina ATX 100-300/4 - I can't find any available on ebay. They're certainly not as common as the A 70-210/4, but they do show up every once in a while. They (along with some of the other great manual focus Tokina zooms) have been made with both K-mount and Ka-mount fittings, so watch for that, if that's important to you. Fred
