This will not change. The ruling is on *publishing*, not on *acquisition*. If Princess Whoever is photographed shopping and the pictures are published, she stands a good chance of subsequent legal proceedings going her way. If she is photographed tripping over a curb and causing a ten car pile- up, and the pics are published, then she stands little chance of subsequent legal proceedings going her way. The point is, the law will not prohibit the taking of photographs in either above scenario.
