Hi, Tom,

I forgot to impart one important piece of information
(or at least I didn't explain it as well as I might
have):

The lines were on the original 4x6 minilab print, and
also on the 8x10 blowup.  They were in the exact same
place in the frame.  The place that did the 8x10 was
not the same place that developed the neg and gave me
the 4x6.

The place that did the 8x10 scanned the neg and then
gave me a digital print off a printer.

So, even though we couldn't see it, it's definitely on
the neg, so I would think it's not a printing problem.
