Depends. Colour negative, generally 8x10, not much more before grain
becomes too apparent for my taste. Colour slide (Kodachrome), I can
generally get to 11x14.
This is wet prints, not scanning the material.

Black and white, if I work really hard, and use a film like Pan F+, I
can get a happy 5x7 with some cropping available, but not an 8x10. I
generally don't use 35mm black and white for landscapes for this
reason.
Until I started shooting with larger film, I was quite happy with
35mm for landscapes.
Educating oneself can be an expensive process.
I bought 2 more camera systems.
