I think that might be the 90-180/4.5 Flat Field Zoom (indeed a fantastic macro lens).
There ~are~ actually quite a few Vivitar Series 1 ("VS1")lenses that are "cult classics", as outlined on Robert Monaghan's "Cult Classics in Third Party Lenses" site, http://medfmt.8k.com/third/cult.html#vivitar .
There have been several editions of ~VS1~ 70-210 zooms, but there are no f/4.5 versions amongst them.
