Jens, thanks for the tips. Could you please, though, provide more
information if you have some:

"All you need is a smal hot-shoe extention with at tilt mechanism (Some
flashes even have this as a built-in feature. I recall having seen one.

B&H and Adorama don't list it. Is it still produced? Where would I find
one or get more information?
