I agree. Old Sound guy adage: All electronics are filled with smoke. If the smoke gets out, it's going to be expensive to fix.
OTOH, My Mustang filled with smoke one day while I was driving over a bridge... I pulled over and shut the car off expecting a full-on flamb� but the smoke cleared and I never bothered to figure out what caused it.
