REPLY: The only difference between a film magazine and a film insert is that the latter will expose the film when it is removed. It has no bearing on digital. Whats needed is some interface between back/insert and body so that the camera know when a digital back is used so some modification to the existing bodies needs to be done. BTW digital back prototypes for the 645n exist. P�l
