I have wondered the same thing as Nenad Djurdjevic. Why doesn't my Pentax MZ-S show aperture indication in viewfinder or on the data recorded on to the film?. Is my MZ-S faulty or are my A-lenses?

They won't report the aperture on an M lens, and I don't have a manual-focus A lens to check, but they will certainly do this with an autofocus lens. Does this help at all? ERN
