Only thing that pops out at me is the base on which the glass sits -
something about the soft look gets me. A solid looking flat surface seems to
be called for here - IMHO.

I shot this in my basement studio the other day. Two strobes firing
into umbrellas for the main light and a snorkel strobe aimed right into
the back of the glass to light the liquid. A lot of PS work to remove
the snorkel strobe hardware.
