What makes it for me is the out of focus river, and even more out of focus houses in the background - I especially like the colours of those houses.
The rest of the photo is marvelous - the big branch arcing across the top of the frame, blossoms cascading from it.
Yup, I like this one a lot; a real keeper.

In print there is some texture detail visible on the branch, which I can't get to appear on the scan... maybe it's too dark for my scanner.
