Here are the results. Last set of results were taken with AWB, keeping camera facing light source, normal sharpen, normal contrast.
As Rob suggested, I changed to WB,sharpness,contrast, time is 10sec, M mode. I took two sets of reading one camera facing light source and other in a dark corner.
