Hi all.
I'v started my portfolio on Photo.net for the sharing of some of my x Canada,Middle
East
work pictures
and some European vacation shots.
The first two pic's are above.
Snow hole was taken in Springhill Nova Scotia in 1975 around Feb i think. It was a
mapping
job for the
Province.We were supposed to do 8 a day,but with all the snow, we were lucky to do
4.lol
The second picture is of our job in the Queen Charlotte Islands in British
Columbia.Best
job i was on in
the 28 years of doing out of town work.
This is an old tug boat that 12 of us lived on for most of the summer in 1975.We flew
to
the points in
the helicopter or toke a Zodiac boat if close to the mother ship.We would just dock and
live in a cove
for a week or two then move.Lots of fresh salmon and prawns.
This was again a mapping job for hydrographic surveys Canada.
Scans are from roughish prints so please keep that in mind when commenting.Sorry but a
lot
were
damaged in the move from the farm to the house in 1983 but i'v tried to make tham as
best
i can in PS.
