I would get my money back if I were you, and I was not satisfied. Even in Ex+ condition, the seller should state that there is obvious damage to the lens. If they didn't they are at fault. You are paying a lot of money for a lens like that and even in Ex+ condition you can reasonably expect better than that. Return it ASAP.
