Not quite - the AF adapter only provides a limited focussing range.
You need to rough-focus your lens to the approximate distance, and
let the AF adapter make minor focussing adjustments.
Exactly what focus range you get from the adapter before you have to
refocus the lens depends very much on the focal length of the lens.
