What's scary is just how easily Canon has put down the threat from
Nikon's new D2h. I suppose that it might fall short in the image quality
department, but I wouldn't count on that. Does it have wireless data
transfer like the Nikon? Doesn't sound like it but given the rest of the
specs I doubt if anyone will care.

Man, this has to be a dream camera for a lot of people: 8 megapixels,
not quite full-frame but better than APS (a 15mm would become a
still-pretty-wide 19.5mm-equivalent). Seems to be a camera that would be
outstanding for both PJ work and fine art stuff. If it's as good in real
life as it appears on paper. 

Notice also that it's CMOS, not CCD like the original 1D and the Nikon
D1h/D2h.
