Basically; counting votes manually would be too much work for us. An automation is possible. I could do it and put the logic on my webspace, and Adelheid and I would need to make the necessary changes in page design at komkon. Most likely an extra button to press to send the vote to my scripts.
However, making it cheat-proof is beyond me. If we really want to cast votes, we'd have to live with that vulnerability unless someone more skilled than me wants to implement it.
