I have the camera(*istD) set to M with an aperature of 4.5 and a shutter speed of 0.7"
I have tried setting all modes on the camera but none seem to make the problem go
away. The flash mode does not seem to make any difference either. Currently I have
it set to P-TTL with the rear curtain sync switch set, as seen here
http://www.wildcherry.com.au/360.jpg

With the sync mode set to rear curtain, the only flash modes available seem to be
P-TTL and SB.

Kind regards
Kevin
