The prices for the cameras seem not too bad. The AF Sigma you have
will AF on either of these bodies and your other SMC zooms will work the
same as on the K1000. If the sigma is in the same focal range as the
ones offered, you can either not get the new zoom, or trade in the sigma
on the purchase. For a comparison of the bodies check out Boz's page at
http://www.phred.org/pentax/k/ . Tons of great info there!

Subject: used PZ-10 and SF-1

Hi. I'm new to this discuss group so if this has been talked about i
apologize.Found a used
PZ-10 and SF-1 on web site of a well known camera store near by price
seems ok,$349 Can.
for the PZ c/w 35-80 and $299 Can. for SF-1 c/w 35-70 zoom.I', looking
for comments from
any owners as to the likability of these two.Camera will ber used
primarily for equestrian
action/portraits and the 'stay in truck'camera so i don't miss
opportunities.Is auto focus
fast,reliable etc.
I have a K1000 with two smc zooms and a sigma zoom(af) will these be
compatibly?

Any comments appreciated
