I bought the 3200 scanner in August and I'm very happy with it. It's straightforward to use, and does great scans with negs or prints, with very good shadow detail. When scanning negs, particularly images with dark backgrounds, use "Normal" preview, rather than "Auto", as it may crop part of the image. This can cause some head-scratching.
