When I saw the subject line, before I read the body of your post, I was tempted to say: "Any vices? Well, they sometimes have a few too many drinks, and they do smoke." But that wouldn't have been funny, would it?

So, getting serious, I'm not the m42 expert, but I'll have a go at it anyway.

What's that convert into US dollars, somewhere around $200? If so, buy it. Buy it now. Especially with the lenses thrown in. That's a great deal.

But, like I said, I'm no expert. You may want to wait to hear from someone who really knows this stuff. But then, you may miss out on the deal.

cheers,
frank

Hi All,

I'm offered a Pentax ESII, it looks to be working fine, with 1.8/55, 3.5/28
(with original hood) and 3.5/135 (with hood, All Super Multi Coated
Takumars. The ask 110 Euro's. Is there anything special to look out for with
this old stuff?? I think the price is not to high, or am I wrong?
