Yup, he's the guilty one all right. Forward a link to your first auction and to his auction on to eBay so they can see that yours was posted first. Hopefully they'll take action against this guy. At the same time, it would be an interesting academic exercise... ok, fine, it would be a helluva lot of fun... to draw up something nice and official-looking threatening this guy with legal action if he doesn't end the auction. chris
