Hi, Amita, Tom and I have been going at it off-list. He came up with some others, but that would be cheating. That's the only American one that I came up with that wasn't on your list was Poconos. Don't forget, the Appalachians go up into Canada as well. The Laurentians of Quebec are the most northerly of the Appalachian ranges, AFAIK.
