Germans are prohibited by Federal Law (in german GRUNDGESETZ) to use NAZI emblems like flags, Hakenkreuz and so on ... and it's ok. Some people in our country don't like to learn from history, I agree.
But all germans with goodwill in Bundesrepublik Deutschland (= Germany) may get any/every information on the time of 1930 - 1945 in form of books, newspapers, moovies, television, pictures, at school and universities ... there is no restriction at all to receive this informations from any country worldwide.
