Imagine my surprise to find that this box was addressed to me and contained some rather delicate components for my densitometer. This is how UPS delivers the goods. To top it off, the pricks have sent their exorbitant brokerage fees, which I refused to pay, since they didn't deliver the box even as far as my property line, to a collection agent. William Robb
