I had this PZ-1 serviced and CLA'd by Pentax in April 2002 shortly after I purchased it, mainly to replace the scratched viewfinder eyepiece. They replaced several body panels, including the baseplate and RTF top plate (over the pop-up flash), and checked the whole autofocus system, bringing the whole camera up to spec. It works beautifully and feels great in the hands. It still shows some signs of wear, including around the strap lugs and a bit of wear to the "PENTAX" lettering on the pentaprism, but not too bad. I've put maybe between two and three dozen rolls through the camera since.
Includes original Pentax strap and a body cap, and I'll include a battery that should have a good bit of life left in it. I do have an F-series zoom, the 35-70 f/3.5-4.5, if you want a lens with it. The camera comes with all its other caps/covers, such as the one over the hotshoe and over the remote release socket. I have a photocopied, but nicely bound, instruction manual from Pentax, that I'll include.
$275 includes insured Priority Mail shipping in the continental U.S. (I'll kick in $10 toward shipping overseas or to Canada). Add $25 if you want the lens, too.
I also have the AF330-FTZ flash that's a perfect match for this camera, in excellent condition including case, box, and manual. Indicate if you're interested in the flash as well.
